Whether you’re participating in a sport or simply observing, Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Complex has no shortage of activities year-round.

It features two ice pads (one Olympic size and one NHL size), an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, walking/jogging track, fitness studio, weight and cardio fitness training rooms, indoor cycling studio, raquetball and squash courts and meeting rooms.

The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Complex is home to the Leamington Flyers hockey team of the Ontario Junior Hockey League as well as Southpoint Minor Hockey
