Fill out the form below to have your event listed on the Visit Leamington website. Please note that all events must abide by the set guidelines.
In order for your event to be featured on the events calendar, it must:
- The event must take place at a Leamington address.
- The event must provide tourism value and be appropriate for visitors to Leamington to attend.
- The event must fall under one of the main tourism categories, i.e. arts and culture, music and entertainment, food and drink, sports and recreation.
- The venue must be accessible to tourists, including transportation options, parking, and facilities for individuals with disabilities.
- The event must adhere to safety regulations and provide a secure environment for attendees.
Events that will not be listed include:
- Events that are primarily sales-oriented, such as store openings or exclusive sales promotions.
- Political rallies, party meetings or campaign events.
- Regular worship services or private religious gatherings.
- Events that do not have a clear structure, organization, or promotional support.
- Events that may promote illegal activities or controversial subjects.
- Events that are not open to the public.
All events are approved at the discretion of Visit Leamington based on the criteria noted above. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance. You will only be contacted if our staff require more information.
Important note: we reserve the right to edit or deny any submissions.
Your event will not be added automatically to the calendar when you click “Submit My Event.” Submissions will go through a review process to ensure they contain all required information and meet the guidelines listed above.
