A Variety of Beauty: Sandra Lea Maria Ellis

What we see as beautiful is different for all of us. This exhibition is what is beautiful to me, my understanding of beauty has age, history and natural growth. The comprehension of what I see is expressed in a variety of mediums and processes. It is within these processes that I can record the story in what I am seeing. Time passes and things change, a flower loses its petals, wood structures fall apart, trees lose their bark, by capturing where they are in time, whatever that time may be, it preserves their story. It is such a joy to me to have witnessed that story.
