Point Pelee features beautiful sandy beaches, offering visitors opportunities for swimming, sunbathing and enjoying the tranquil lakeside atmosphere. Northwest Beach is popular with families as it features a children’s play area, pavilion, washrooms and change rooms.

The park’s famous Marsh Boardwalk trail extends approximately 1km through the park’s 1,000 hectare diverse wetland, providing visitors with an up-close look at the vibrant wildlife and vegetation found in these important habitats.

In addition to walking the Boardwalk, visitors can also rent a kayak/canoe, take a guided Freighter Canoe Tour, or climb the Marsh Tower for an elevated view of the area.
