WEB PAGE AD DESIGN:
- Initial ad design is included in the above fee.
- There is no charge for minor ad changes during the term of the advertisement (i.e. changing price from $24.99 to $29.99).
- A $100 charge will apply for any new ad designs requested during the term.

What is a paid partnership ad?
A collaboration where a brand pays a content creator to showcase its products or services.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Up to 1 hour onsite collecting photo and video content of your product/service using cell phone.
- 1 30-60 second promotional reel.
- Visit Leamington will post the reel on our Visit Leamington Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- We will tag your business as a Collaborator. Once you accept the invitation to be a Collaborator, the reel will appear on your social media accounts as well.
- All products and/or services for the video are to be provided by the client.
- Please note in accordance with Meta’s advertising policies, we are required to include a disclaimer that the reel is a paid partnership.

At Visit Leamington, our mission is to showcase to travellers the attractions, events, hospitality and businesses that make Leamington such a desirable place to visit.
The following criteria must be met in order to advertise on the Visit Leamington website:
- Advertisers must have a registered business address within Leamington.
- Advertisers must offer products or services that are relevant to tourists.
- Advertisers must not be involved in controversial industries and must not promote products or services that are illegal or restricted.
- Advertisements must align with the values and mission of Visit Leamington, promoting tourism and local culture in a respectful and inclusive manner.
- All advertising content must be approved by the Visit Leamington team to ensure it meets the established guidelines and standards.
